I would recommend Ken Boyer to anyone looking for a home. Ken was more focused on helping us find the right home than finding himself the right commision. Ken was honest, understanding and always available to answer questions; he was a pleasure to work with.

My boyfriend and I purchased a home together about a year ago. We had  been looking for a realtor for several months. Due to the fact that we were young, and didn't have that much money, every realtor we found  would say "we'll call you in a few days", and they never called. Finally we came across Alyce Lentz. She was like an angel. We are  both very picky people, and Alyce stuck by us the entire time. No matter what, we could always be honest with her. I would call her at all hours and talk about new houses I had heard about. She put up  with us the whole time, with a smile! It was a great experience.  Everyone we know talks highly of Alyce because of how she helped us. She bent over backwards for us. When our offers on houses would fall through, she would be right there supporting us and showing us more houses. We finally purchased our dream house, and Alyce even came to the housewarming party, bearing gifts and all! It was really a good experience. We always refer her to people we know interested in buying a house, and we still constantly keep in  touch. Should our next house be local, we plan on using Alyce and Brokers Realty again.
